How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Confirmed orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. It takes 2-7 working days for delivery in most cases.
Is shipping free?
The shipping is free for all orders till 15th September, 2022.
For prepaid orders:
Free shipping on a total order value of Rs. 399 or more.Shipping charge of Rs. 50 on total order value of less than Rs. 399
All prepaid orders are delivered contactlessly.
For postpaid orders:
- Additional Rs. 35 COD charges per order. We are charged COD handling charges to collect payments by the collector.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment of order :
If item(s) you ordered have not been shipped, you can cancel the order. Write to us at hitequiero@gmail.com or by calling or messaging us on 99-717-67-825 (Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 8PM and Sunday, 10AM to 6PM). Include your Order id when you message us. Once the cancellation is processed, full refund will be initiated within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation After the Order is shipped :
For orders that have been shipped and are in-transit, to & fro shipping charges of Rs. 200 per 500 grams of shipment weight for each order will be deducted and balance will be refunded. We process the refund after the products have been received at our warehouse.
– For payments via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to same account from which the payment was made within 24 to 48 Hrs of us receiving the items back. It may take 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account as per your bank’s policy.
– For Cash on Delivery purchases, we will issue a refund against the billing details shared by you. This process may take 24-48 hours once we receive the items back and you share the details via email. Usually the bank transfers are posted within 2-3 business days. Refer to your bank’s policy for more information.
– Items purchased on ‘SALE’ can-not be cancelled once the item(s) are shipped from our warehouse.
