I want to return/replace the item :
- All our products are checked for any quality or manufacturing defects. However, if you have received a defective product, contact us via email by sending email to hitequiero@gmail.com or via telephone at +91 99.717.67.825 . Provide us the pictures of the defect.
- We offer free replacement for any print related manufacturing defect, provided the defect is in our printing media/sheet/paper/roll and not in the customer’s printing device or printing ink or method of printing. We are not liable to replace products damaged due to incorrect printing methods or inks or incompatible printing devices used. Print related defects are limited to:
- When printed, the prints do not dry for an hour on printing media/paper/sheet or roll. Applicable only when compatible ink and device(s) are used.
- The color reproduction depends on the printing device and ink used. No replacement or return request will be approved for printed color variations of perceived quality.
- Once the claim is received and accepted on a preliminary basis by us, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up. In case your Pincode is not eligible for reverse pick-up facility, you may have to self-ship the product. We will credit a Coupon of Rs. 60 to your account in lieu of shipping costs incurred by you. - The product must be returned in the original condition and original packaging in which the item was received.
- Once we check the returned product(s) and are satisfied with the claim, we will issue a ‘Coupon Code’ for the value of the product(s). This Coupon Code can be used at checkout to place a new order for the returned item of the same quantity. This Coupon Code will not be redeemable for a different product other than the originally purchased or returned item/product/article.
- Contact us within 72 hours from delivery of the package to raise a return/replacement claim.
- This process may take 15 business days or more depending on any shipping delay.
I have received a damaged product:
- We send all our products in sturdy packaging. In case the packaging is visibly damaged, you should not accept the package and it will be marked ‘Returned to Origin’. We will either send a replacement of the same item and same quantity once we receive the returned item/article or we will refund the full amount for the undelivered product.
- All our products are sealed. If you suspect the contents of the package are damaged, send us the photographs/video of the sealed package with intact seal on product packaging. The item/product/article will be replaced after verification.
I want to cancel my order :
- You can cancel the order if it has not been shipped yet.
- For orders that have not been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your account.
- For orders that have been shipped and are in-transit, to and fro shipping charges of Rs. 200 per 500 grams of shipment weight for each order will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
I want to exchange my order with another product:
Product(s) once shipped, can-not be exchanged for another product or quantity unless to and fro shipping costs of Rs. 200 per 500 grams of shipment weight for each order are paid.
